Rules & safety


To ensure the safest experience for all guests during their visit, the following rules are in effect. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Our certified team and lifeguards attendants will ensure your safety and well-being and make sure the rules are followed.
Our First Aid station is staffed with qualified personnel at all times.
Water dispensers are available in all our restaurants, so you can stay hydrated throughout the day.
Shaded areas with umbrellas are available on site to protect you from the sun.
Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses are sold at the boutique in the event you forgot to bring them.
Contents of all bags and coolers are subject to inspection upon arrival at the water-park.

Attractions do have specific height, weight, and safety requirements. please refer to the Safety Guide signs posted at each attraction to make an informed decision as to whether the attraction is right for you.
Glassware and similar material with a tendency to shatter on impact are not permitted for safety reasons.
Chicha is available in designed smoking places and forbidden at the kid's area.
Keep an eye on your young children. Children should not be left unattended at any time.
Please secure all loose articles, including hats, glasses, and jewelry when riding.
Cameras, cell phones and video recording devices may not be used on any slide or in any changing area or restroom

Dress Code
We recommend wearing comfortable swimwear without buttons, snaps, rivets or zippers.
Burkini wear is a must but they are not permitted on some attractions, for safety reasons.
Swim diapers are required for toddlers at all times.
Children under 3 years old are welcome free of charge. Helpers and swimming helpers are subject to day entrance charge/different rate
